Minimum standard of a South Tyrolian Mountain bike School:

A Mountain Bike School consists of one qualified Mountainbike School Leader/Manager and a minimum of three qualified Mountain Bike Guides. One of them has to be a qualified Kids and Youth Guide.

A Mountainbike School has got an information office and a training court with a minimum size of 1.000 square meters that is complies with the safty standards.

The Mountain Bike School is open for a minimum of four hours a day for six days a week and has  an information hotline for a minimum of six hours a day for six days a week.

The prices for Bike Technical Training and guided tours  correspond to the criteria of the “Südtiroler Mountain Bike Guides”.

All  Bike Technique Training and guided tours are only allowed to be taken or led  by a person who is qualified and registered at the association of the “Südtiroler Mountain Bike Guides.

The mountain bike school and the excersice/training field/court is sufficiently ensured.

Rental bikes can be organised from the mountain bike school.

 

 

 

Here is the explanation of specialisations of the South Tyrolian Mountain bike guides:

Bike guide with the basic course (class) with more than 150 units

Bike guide has completed a First Aid course within the last two years

Bike guide has visited a continuing education in Bike Technical Skills

Bike guides has sucessfully completed an education for Kids and Youthguide

Bike guide has sucessfully completed an education for the Bike School Leader/Manager

Bike guide is an experienced Mountain  Bike Tour Leader

Bike guide is a Freeride Specialist
